This course provides an overview of strategic planning processes in nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit leaders must often balance nonprofit growth and demands, while sustaining their current operations and remaining fiscally secure. Executing that plan for both the short- and long-term future can be a critical lifeline in moving forward. This course reviews the process of strategic planning for nonprofit board and staff members, as well as strategies to implement and evaluate the strategic plan to help a nonprofit effectively accomplish its mission and goals in support of those they serve.
